Dinner Menu is served every night in our restaurant overlooking St Finbarr's Oratory and lake , from 18:00 to 20.15 (20.00 on Sunday evenings).

Mini Potato Pancakes served with garlic butter

Fresh Melon and fruit plate with seasonal sorbet

Mushroom cream Crêpe with a suspicion of fresh tarragon, dressed baby leaves

Chicken skewer in lime and ginger dressing, served with a sweet chilli crème fraîche

Pan-fried Clonakilty Black Pudding, streaky bacon and roast sweet apples

Crostini of St. Tola organic goat’s cheese warmed with honey, roast red pepper,
red onion jam

Classical Ted Browne’s organic Dingle Bay smoked salmon and prawn salad, honey and Dijon dressing and Marie-Rose sauce

Quick-flashed Fillet of Baltimore Halibut, mini roast vegetable and prawn brochette, Béarnaise sauce

Pan-fried Fillets of Kenmare Sea bass on lemony mash, creamy cumin scented sauce with Bantry Bay mussels

Crispy Honey Roast Irish Half Duck, potato and herb stuffing and caramelised orange and rhubarb sauce

Grilled Muskerry 10oz Irish Sirloin Steak, homemade chips, Provençale stuffed tomato,
mushroom and white wine reduction

Grilled West Cork Lamb Cutlets on slightly minted pea puree, Ballymaloe mint jelly, and rosemary roast gravy

Baked Supreme of free-range West Cork Chicken, served on linguini, seasoned courgette, creamy white wine and mushroom sauce

Roast Filo Parcel of St. Tola organic Feta cheese and seasonal greens, complimented by Chilli Jam, served with baby leaves dressed with basil oil


All main courses are served with seasonal vegetables and potatoes

Tiramisu served in a glass, topped with little coffee meringues
